These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the online store "IKUMI" (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") provided on this website by IKUMI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

・Ownership and risk transfer to the User upon delivery to the carrier.

・Payment is not confirmed
・Payment authorization fails
・Order is placed without parental consent by a minor
・International shipping is involved
・Item is out of stock or discontinued
・Product defects cannot be resolved
