SHIPPING FEES (JAPAN)】

Shipping Fee:
・Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000

A flat shipping fee of ¥700 applies to all orders under ¥10,000

Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport

Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays
(Orders placed by 11:00 AM are generally shipped the same day.)

Delivery Time: Approximately 1–3 days
For locations near Tokyo, delivery is usually the next day after shipping. For farther locations, delivery typically takes two days.

*If you have a preferred delivery time slot, please write it in the “requests” section during checkout (under "View Cart")
*If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you via the email address you provide.

《Important Notice Regarding Delivery & Receipt》

If a package cannot be delivered for an extended period due to customer-related reasons
(e.g. we are unable to contact you or there is no intention to receive the item),
please note that refunds will not be issued.
If redelivery is possible upon request, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee (cash on delivery).
If refusal of delivery or returns due to long-term absence occur repeatedly after shipment,
we may no longer accept future orders.

We kindly ask that you receive your package as soon as possible.

Shipping Fee:

When shipping from Japan to overseas, you will be responsible for shipping costs based on weight, customs duties, tariffs,  and country/region-specific shipping fees.
Details will be shown on the purchase page, so please review them before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping Days: Generally shipped the next day

Delivery Time: Approximately 1–2 weeks

(and we are able to contact the customer), only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other related costs are non-refundable.
