Requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to shipping circumstances (and we are able to contact the customer)
→ Full refund

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to shipping circumstances (and we are able to contact the customer)
→ Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other related costs are non-refundable.
