IKUMI is a Japanese unisex fashion brand designed by model Ikumi. The brand concept is "black and white."
The brand was launched with a show at New York Fashion Week in the spring/summer season of 2015. Since then, it has presented new products in show format at various locations every season.

Born January 7, 1987.

Ikumi debuted as a fashion model in Japan, appearing on the covers of Harajuku street magazines before expanding to New York.
After appearing on New York runways and walking for global campaigns such as Adidas, she shifted her focus to design and launched her own label, IKUMI, in 2015.
Born to a Japanese mother and German father, Ikumi built her brand on the fusion between the two cultures. The brand is defined strictly in black and white.
Drawing from Japanese street culture, kanji, traditional aesthetics, yokai mythology, and anime, the designs are infused with darker German influences that center around life and death, such as techno and punk.
